As a Scrub: Toward the end of your shower, apply a pea-sized amount to damp skin. Gently massage in circular motions for 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use 2–3 times per week.

As a Mask: Once a week, apply a thin, even layer to the skin and leave it on for approximately 30 minutes. Then step into the shower. Toward the end of your shower, gently massage the product into damp skin in circular motions for 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Tip: Avoid the eye area and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
