Your first shipment leaves when you subscribe. After that you are charged the subscription price every 2 months, and each charge sends your next shipment, with free shipping.

If you still have some left when your next shipment is due, customer care can hold (pause) it, or exchange it for another product that better suits your skin.
Cancel any time
Give 30 days' notice by email or text. Your subscription ends 30 days after you tell us, and nothing is charged after that.

How do I subscribe?
Open the plan's product page, choose "Subscribe" instead of a one-time purchase, and check out. Subscriptions are offered on the products on this page only.
How does billing work?
You are charged the subscription price when you subscribe, and your first shipment leaves then. From then on you are charged every 2 months, and each charge sends your next shipment. Shipping is free; sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. The MSE 7 subscription is for the 2 oz (60 mL) size only.
Can I pause, or swap a product I haven't finished?
Yes. Contact customer care before your next shipment (email nastrancustomercare@nastranskincare.com or text (650) 921-9650) and the team will hold (pause) it, or exchange it for another product that better suits your skin. In the Fundamental Package, that can be any one of its products.
How do I cancel?
Any time, with 30 days' notice: email nastrancustomercare@nastranskincare.com or text (650) 921-9650. Your subscription ends 30 days after you let us know, and nothing is charged after that.
