After shampooing, gently remove excess water and apply the mask generously throughout damp hair, concentrating on the mid-lengths and ends. For a quick conditioning treatment, leave on for about 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly; for deeper conditioning, leave on for 15–20 minutes. For extremely dry or damaged hair, leave it on overnight, shampoo in the morning, reapply a small amount for about 5 minutes and rinse. Finish with Organic Hydrating Hair Toner on damp hair as a leave-in.

Use nightly. Growth cycles run six to twelve weeks, so give it a full cycle before judging it.
