Anti-Aging

Skin changes with age: collagen is made more slowly, cells turn over more slowly, and the barrier holds less water. Most of what can be done about it is daily and unglamorous — protect it, keep it hydrated, and treat it consistently.

What helps

  1. 01

    SPF before anything else

Sun exposure accounts for much of the visible ageing in skin, and every other step works on skin that is being protected.

  2. 02

    Hydrate in layers

Toner, then serum, then moisturizer — thinnest to richest, so each one has somewhere to go.

  3. 03

Do not stop at the jawline

The neck, the chest and the backs of the hands show age as early as the face does, and are skipped far more often.

  4. 04

    Consistency over strength

A treatment used every night does more than a stronger one used now and then.
